2 Folding Trays
- The automatic paper folding machine is equipped with 2 folding trays with scales.
- The red transverse rod can be moved left or right to precisely set the folding position, and different folding styles can be achieved by adjusting the folding tray.
Paper Pressing Wheels
- After the paper is folded, the finished products can be pressed by the paper pressing wheels appropriately and be smoothly discharged from the machine.
- The paper pressure roller can be removed when adjusting the machine; it is quick and easy to install and remove.
Thickness Adjuster
- The thickness adjuster is used to adjust the gap between the white paper separation wheel and the green wheel to form an appropriate friction force.
- Turn the knob to adjust the gap between the rollers, allowing for use with thin or thick paper of different grammages.
Two Indenting Wheels
- The two indenting wheels are adopted to form the indentations of different folded products.
- When the two indentation wheels are close to the center, the vertical indentation becomes deeper; when the two indentation wheels are far from the center, the vertical indentation disappears.

Equipped with two graduated folding trays, the two trays can be used independently or in conjunction to achieve different folding styles. When not in use, the tray can be rotated 180 degrees for place.

The knob can be rotated in the direction of the arrow to increase or decrease the gap, ensuring smooth single-sheet feeding and preventing paper jams, adapting to different paper thicknesses.

The machine is equipped with a speed adjustment knob on the side, which can be easily rotated to adjust the folding speed. - Smooth Feeding: The paper feeding plate is detachably designed for the desktop paper folder, and the paper baffles on the two sides can be easily adjusted to limit the size of paper to be folded so that the paper can be smoothly fed into the machine. It is suggested that before feeding, you can twist the paper to form a slope so as to facilitate paper feeding.
- Precision Automatic Counter: The counter can automatically count the number of folded papers. You can set the number of sheets you want to fold by pressing the key. For example, when 20 sheets of paper are put in, if only 10 sheets need to be folded, the number "0010" can be set on the control panel, and the machine will automatically stop after folding 10 sheets.
