The paper folding machine accommodates paper sizes from 2" x 3" up to 12" x 27", and handles paper weights ranging from 40g to 125g, giving you the flexibility to fold everything.
- High-Efficiency & Stable Performance: Equipped with a large rubber pickup roller, this automatic paper folding machine ensures smooth, stable paper transmission. The stepless speed adjustment feature gives you full control over folding speed up to 262 ft/min, allowing you to match the pace to your paper type and workflow requirements.
- Electronic Counterd: Set the number of sheets you want to fold by pressing the key. When you put 20 sheets of paper on the machine, but you only want to fold 10 sheets, set the number "0010" on the control panel. The machine will stop automatically after folding 10 sheets. Note: When "0000" is displayed, the machine cannot be folded.
- Easy Adjustment: For cross folding applications, simply adjust the No.1 plate for the horizontal crease and adjust the two roller positions to control vertical indentation depthâmoving them closer to the middle deepens the crease, while moving them outward reduces or eliminates it.
- Wide Application: It mainly used to foldpaper of different dimensions and different thickness in the designated range.
